This KIT comes with 8 batteries and 6 chargers. This allows true non-stop operation since the batteries last 20 minutes and a charger take an hour to charge a battery. So when you have one battery in a tool, you have three batteries in three chargers. If you start the day with three fully charged batteries and place a battery in a charger after you use it, you will be able to work all day without stopping.
