RETURNS
Are all products returnable?
Most products that Demand Products, Inc. are returnable, with the exception of chemicals, coatings, custom orders, discontinued items, and some sanding equipment. Please take a look at the product description on the website where it will be stated if the product is in fact, returnable. Returns must be made within 15 days of the original invoice and must be in new, re-stockable condition upon receipt. Item(s) being returned must be shipped pre-paid. Returns area also subject to a 15% restocking fee.
How do I go about returning a product?
Unless otherwise specified at the time of sale or on website orders, Demand Products Inc., will accept the return of merchandise for exchange or credit only with advance written authorization. Please call us at 1.800.325.7540 and ask to speak to someone about a Return Authorization.
WARRANTY
What kind of warranty can I expect from Demand Products, Inc?
Unless specified differently at the time of sale or on the website, all our products carry an unconditional 6-month guarantee. Demand Products must be notified in writing within 48 hours of receipt of defective or damaged merchandize or shortages. Buyer must properly operate and maintain the product, including parts and accessories, in compliance with all operation and maintenance instructions, in normal use, and in good condition and repair.
What is the Surcharge on the invoice?
Due to ever changing shipping demands and rising costs, Demand Products has implemented a flat $10.00 for all orders shipped out over $550.00.
Will Demand Products ship outside of the United States? And can I pay with a cc?
Demand Products will ship outside of the United States, but first you will need to call (+01 770.772.7448) or email sales@demandproducts.com and provide us with your order details. All International orders ordered through the website (www.demandproducts.com) will be followed up with an email and/or phone call to confirm payment details and a freight quote before final payment can be processed. Credit Card payments are only accepted with an US billing address. If you can’t provide that form of payment, we also accept wire transfers, with a $55 wire transfer fee, at the time of shipping.
