CUSTOM AESTHETIC GROOVE INSERTS

Groove Inserts and Blades are available to cut beautiful aesthetic grooves in EPS or XPS Foam when installing an EIF System.

 

The finished dimenions should be considered when choosing the hot knife blade size, the base coat and finish insert.

 

Hot Knife blades can be used with our Groove Jett 400, Carve360, CR CutRite and the Original Hot Knives. The Base and Finish Inserts are installed on our Groove Jet Handle for proper tooling of your EIFS.

All dimensions are finished groove dimensions, not groove dimensions.

A = Width B = Depth C = Bottom Dimension
