EIFS Efflorescence Remover

Efflorescence is the deposition of salts on a wall's surface and is a common occurrence in materials such as stucco and EIFS basecoats, typically appearing as a whitish powder, it indicates the presence of water behind these materials interacting with them. It can also mean the EIFS finish is porous, allowing outdoor water to take unbound salts in the basecoat and deposit them on the finish as they dry. Both of these situations indicate a leak or another serious matter, so the efflorescence's cause needs to be determined as part of the cleaning process.

Our ER1 product effectively removes efflorescence from EIFS, stucco, brick, stone, concrete, and masonry block. It also etches concrete, removes efflorescence bleeding, and dissolves scale and corrosion.
